TMI: Spotting Old Blood
So this past six months my periods have started having this weird trait. Anywhere from one to five days before I start a period I will spot with old brown blood. Sometimes light and sometimes dark. I’ve had endo for so many years that I don’t know what’s healthy and was wondering if this is normal? I feel like this only happened when I had cysts so now I’m worried. Help!
