Trust issues

I normally don’t do this but I really need help and advise. So me and my girl have been together for 10 months coming up on the ninth and I’ve always had trust issues but not with her with other guys she used to party with. I’m a bit insecure cause she’s like a 12/10 and I’m a 7 ish but anyway I’ve been caught twice going thru her phone and finding shit but I wouldn’t really be able to read text except once but last night I started some shit cause she was talking to an old friend and she said “it was really great seeing you yesterday I really enjoyed it we should do it again” while I’m at work and she’s at home. Didn’t really read context clues I just jumped to conclusions but I was in the wrong cause he said that he’s been busy blah blah blah been with my mom. But she said that cause apparently I was supposed to meet him when I got off work or something but I did not know. I was in the wrong both other times and this is the third and she said fuck you im done and I asked if we were breaking up and she just said ill decide when I wake up. I really don’t wanna lose her I love her to death but is there any way I could make it a healthy relationship again? I need advice on what to say and stuff
