I came off birth control end of February. My period has been very consistent at 23-24 days. Heavy for a day or 2 and then light. Lasts about 6 days.

I started 25mcg of Levothyroxine for slight hypothyroidism about 8 days ago. My period was supposed to come on Wednesday night and it did very lightly, just a few drops, but it never got heavier yesterday was barely anything. Today I just had a few very dark spots. Totally not normal for me.

Also a few nights ago, I threw up out of nowhere and was like omg maybe I’m pregnant. My husband and I are waiting until September to start ttc but we do the pull out method and we may have had a slip up a few weeks ago when I may have been ovulating (not sure since my cycles are short). I took a few preg tests the last few days and they have all been negative. But I keep reading about the implantation bleeding.

Has anybody on Levothyroxine had their period get really light? Also how long after implantation bleeding can you get a positive preg test?
