So proud of myself!!
I’m down 22 pounds!! The first left pictures are from October and the right ones are from this morning! I didn’t start getting serious until February!😄 Ladies you can do this! Keep your mind to it!
For those of you who are wondering how I did it, I started to eat slower and cut out carbs and sugar. I still eat carbs and sugar just not as much as I used to. And I also eat whole wheat bread every once in a while. I started working out at home just finding people to follow on Instagram and YouTube. Until I got the courage to finally go to the gym! I start with walking half a mile then jogging the other half and just doing what part of the body I want to exercise. I don’t overwork myself I take my time!

Granted I’m still working on my butt so it’ll eventually come in!😅😉
