I think I found the reason behind my 3 chemical pregnancies. I had an HSG a couple weeks ago which was abnormal and showed a “filling defect” so I had a saline sonohysterogram today to take a closer look. I was expecting maybe polyps or fibroids but they found that I have adhesions going across my uterus. Not sure where they came from! They said this can definitely prevent a pregnancy from growing. I have a hysteroscopy scheduled August 15th to have them surgically removed. I’m hoping this is finally the answer I was looking for. Has anyone had this procedure and went on to have a successful pregnancy? I’m feeling hopefully but nervous for many reasons.
