Help!! I have these really deep cystic type acne show up, I have three spots. I’ve never really had acne like this... any tips or what it is caused from?
I think it's typically caused by hormone fluctuations. I would just wait until it goes away. I definitely wouldn't irritate it by attempting to pop it.
