31 weeks!

And baby is at a -2 station. Cervix is soft, but she wasn’t checking for dilation so no idea what % effaced I am. When she did the ultrasound, babies head was so low she couldn’t get a good view of it. I can feel the baby turn it’s head, it’s like a scraping in my pelvis. It’s so painful. What can I do to help the pain? I feel like the baby will hurt himself turning his head like that. 😩
