How to ask my partner to get tested ? I’ve never had sex but he’s has multiple partners and I wouldn’t want to get anything but I don’t want to offend him. Help!!

Honestly just ask. Tell him before you decide to have sex you'd like him to get tested. If he gets offended by that he's not the one for you.

I'd say just ask how he'd feel about that or ask if he has ever been tested.
Perhaps you should make sure he knows you aren't trying to shame him or anything, just that you are trying to be more comfortable and responsible. 
Totally respectable. More people should get tested. 
I'm due to, I've agreed with the new guy I like to get tested (both of us) before we have sex. I'm surprised he agreed to that so fast, I wasn't going to make it too big a deal, but it's really the right thing. I was going to get tested regardless of he was.

Simply ask. Just say he should get tested just to make sure everyone does. And if he says no and gets offended.... well he doesn’t care about your health that much
