I have PCOS and have been trying medicated cycles with no success... I had what seemed like a solid cycle this month on 7.5mg letrozole with a 19.22 and 16.35 follicle for trigger. I triggered with ovidrel. Today I went in for a progesterone blood test to see if I successfully ovulated and the results confirmed I did not. This is the second month this has happened. Has any one had experience ovulating with an HCG trigger but not ovidrel. My RE wants to move on to an injectable cycle but I’m wondering if it’s the Ovidrel that’s the issue... I see two options: do the same cycle but swap out the Ovidrel for an HCG trigger or 2) move on to the injectable cycle and hope for the best.... any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
