I’m in love with my best guy friend since high school. I confessed to him 4 months ago. After that we would hang out, talk every day and we even had sex. When things started getting too intense he told me we should just be friends for now because the timing (“because of school and other stuff”) was not good, but that we should try to be more later on. I gave it a try, but I knew I was hurting. The next time I saw him we ended up having sex. He treats me so well, like his girlfriend, actually like a princess ( I know cheesy). I know I’m not his girlfriend, but when we are together it crazy because we act like a couple. There are times that he can be weird/distant when we don’t see each other often, but then we see each other and it seems that’s all he needed. He even told me he loved me, but that the timing wasn’t great right now. I know it’s not a lot of information, but wha do you guys think? Is he playing with me or should I just stop stressing? We have known each other for over 8 years now ( I’m 23 and he’s 26) and I trust him, but I’m scared to that I will just hurt myself at the end.
