I just got a really good job and my husband and I are finally stable. And have been for a few months now. I wanted to apply for a secured credit card with discover but I did not get approved (honestly I thought everyone gets approved as long as they have the money to deposit) I don’t know what to do. I payed off two old accounts (they closed in December because I couldn’t make payments) and it didn’t even help my credit. My scores is 514. I just want to fix my score any advice?
