So my LO was sleeping through the night from 3 - 7 months. Maybe only waking up once a night but mostly sleeping really good. Since about 7 months to now he’s waking up 3x a night to eat. At first I thought it was just a growth spurt but now I’m thinking he’s waking up cause he’s hungry? I feed him solids a couple times a day and he’s drinking milk during the day also before his two naps and right when he gets up in the morning but maybe still not enough that’s why he’s waking up so much at night? Are your LOs waking up this much? Or does anyone have any experience with this/advice?
