What prenatals do you use and why ?

Do you use prenatals prescribes from your doctor or over the counter prenatals?

I take these before bed. My ob said these were pretty good and I haven't had any issues with them.

OTC vitafusion simply good prenatal gummies and a folic acid tab.  My doc just said get otc.  I chose the gummies because I’m awful at taking pills, and the vitafusion because I like the flavor the best .  I tried a couple before choosing to stick with vitafusion.

I take the ones prescribed by my OBGYN and I've been taking them since April. I haven't had any issues with them. No nausea, constipation etc. Which is great!
