Loss of symptoms at 10 wks?

Question

Has anyone else experienced a sudden loss of symptoms around wk 10?
Since 6 wks I’ve been having bad nausea and extremely tender breasts. Now I feel almost “normal.” 
Had ultrasound at 8wks 6days and saw heartbeat and baby wiggling around. I had an early loss in January so I feel a little paranoid about having a MMC.

Yup, mine went away around 10, I’m 12w1d now and they are back. Lol

It's normal. The baby isnt growing as rapidly(kind of) and so your hormones aren't increasing as drastically as they had been essentially they're increasing at roughly even amounts.

I’m sure all is fine! Also how long have you had a loss of symptoms? Im 10 weeks today, and earlier this week I had a day and a half with my nausea gone which had been there since early on. Then it definitely came back! Yours could too.
