Don’t know what I want anymore

I’m so confused! I don’t know if I want to be with my partner anymore. We’ve been together 11 years and I absolutely love and adore him but I just don’t feel like he’s right for me anymore. He’s changed or maybe I’ve changed I don’t know. I don’t know what to do, I’ve told him and we’ve agreed to make changes and grow but I just don’t know if I want to anymore.
