Are baths safe?!

I’m 4 weeks and I’ve heard mixed opinions on this, but baths are seriously my LIFE SAVER. I certainly don’t want to cause any issues with baby bean, but mama needs a bath. 
Hot/warm baths? Are they safe?

Oh yeah. In Finland, there are no restrictions for going to the sauna or taking baths. Just to get out if you start to feel faint.

My doctor told me as long as it’s not too hot and under 15 minutes I’d be good. He even said I could use epsom salt for all the muscle soreness! 😊
