Weird discharge (warning: period blood involved)

I had sex last night with a friend with benefits and I've been on my period for about a week. We used condoms. I wiped just now and noticed this. I'm going to make an appointment with my gynecologist today because I'm very worried. Anyone know what it could possibly be?
