Here’s to hoping a baby comes soon

Amanda

My husband bought me this money tree for Valentine’s Day, he said he wanted me to have something that would live longer than roses that would wilt in a week. Well this tree helped us save and buy our first home in 4 months. I’m not too superstitious but let’s be honest, I’m now hoping this tree will help me get pregnant. I had my IUD removed recently and this is the first time in about 7 years I haven’t been on any form of birth control. We’ve been together for 10 years and married for almost 3. We met in high school and the relationship survived his military service, deployments and my illnesses and surgeries over the years so there isn’t much we can’t handle together. I would love nothing more than to be able to announce a pregnancy on our anniversary later on this fall. Let me hear all the baby making advice! I’m hoping we get pregnant right away but I also know it isn’t that easy. Any and all advice is welcome!

Track your cycles. Also you can start charting your basal temperature. Leave the thermometer right next to your bed because the less movement the better. And try taking ovulation predictor kits to narrow down your fertile window. Baby dust to you!

My temps don’t make much sense but I don’t take them at the same exact time every day. Oh and I forgot one, check your CM!

Thank you! I have an ovulation prediction kit to use this month to narrow down ovulation, I want to see how accurate some of these apps are. I’ve been on the fence about a basal thermometer but I think I’ll have to give that a try too.
