Hcg scared

So I went in Wednesday at 4 weeks Dr got a faint positive after first telling me my test was negative. Then did hcg which was 119 went back 48 hours later and it was 185 so doubling around 72 hours. Anyone else have this with a good outcome? Starting progesterone Monday.
