Help?! Empty sac?

I am 8 weeks and yesterday morning I went to the bathroom and noticed some pink blood in the toilet. I wiped and saw a little pink on the tp. About 2 hours later after using the rest room I wiped and was spotting again ( light pink, brown with mucus). Every 2 hours it was happening( no blood in toilet just when a wiped).So this morning I went to the ER to get checked and have left more nervous than before. They stated my hCG levels were 7296. They did vaginal u/s and they said they saw TWO gestational sacs but “no yolk sac or fetal poles were identified “ and that I need to see my OB Monday to check levels and u/s to exclude a missed abortion.

Or a possible early twin pregnancy. I don’t know how I could be any earlier than 8 weeks as I was tracking my ovulation TTC. Ugh, I’m so scared! Has this happened to anyone before? Monday seems forever away!
