Can chlamydia cause sores?

I have 2 white spots at the opening of my vagina. They’re white, don’t hurt and don’t itch. My doctor said they looked like vaginal tears, but i tested positive for chlamydia and got treated on tuesday. Could the spots be due to chlamydia? & if so when should they be gone?

White spots could be nothing to worry about or not. You can get them swabbed if you want. If you dont have any unusual symptoms, your doctor might not do anything about it if your swabs come clean. Could be signs of cancer if you have other symptoms.
