Does anyone else experience hot flashes, night sweats and spotting during or right before you ovulate?

I had a three day period and on cycle day 10 11 and 12 I woke up drenched in sweat. And Also had some spotting during my fertile window. I ovulated on cycle day 17. I am 31 years old and gave birth in March and breastfed until the end of May. I got my period back on July fourth.

Would the symptoms be due to breakthrough bleed? Does anyone else experience this?
