Thoughts.

So I lost my mucous plug Thursday night had blood in it. Then the next day at work I lost more but it was a chunk and jelly like. Been having contractions that weren't doing any dilation. I'm assuming since my plug came out I'm dilating last I knew I was 1cm 60% effaced. Today at work I had some cramping in my vagina. And kinda were my menstrual cramps were I would walk and some of them.would be unbearable. Not a ton of back pain and no pressure. The cramping would intensify as I walked but calm down when I would sit or stand... what does this mean. I'm 37 +4 btw
