Pregnant! I'm still 5 days before my missed period. This will be my second child. The line wasn't this strong with my first until I was a day or two after my missed period. Could I be having twins this time?

Not necessarily .. I always have strong test results and just tested positive 8 days before my period was due! But never twins :)

Strong lines don’t indicate twins or not IMO. Just HCG levels and those very over a wide range of factors thru a day in your urine. 
But! Yay! Positive!! Always exciting!
