Why? Why me? Why again? Why today?

I am 7 weeks 6 days today and I am bleeding.. I have had 4 miscarriages and I’m pretty sure this is another one... I went to pee and I saw light pink blood on my underwear so I started to panic so I look in the toilet and there is blood sure enough and it’s dark red but it’s very small amount I still feel pregnant But im scared this would be my 5th miscarriage and all I’ve ever wanted is a baby of my own.... why? Why am I losing another baby? Why? Am I losing another baby or did I just do too much strenuous stuff today and I need to lay down and relax? Can it please be the second option....? Please..
