Bleeding! 😨

Can someone give me some advise please.

I’m 6 weeks today and started bleeding red blood yesterday afternoon, it was only really light red but when I wiped there was a tiny clot. This morning I still have some blood when I go to the loo and it seems to have got darker. I haven’t had no clots or tissue since.

I have had some cramps but nothing major and normally I can’t tell between wind or cramps!

I still feel nauseas this morning, but my breasts or not tender to touch anymore.

My doctors is closed today, is it worth waiting one more day or going to the walk in place to get checked???

I’m super worried as I’ve miscarried twice already 😥
