Mommies, I need some help!

My little one has been fussy for a couple days and not like himself at all. About 3 days ago he had a fever then it went away. So I assumed it was just that he was getting sick that's why he has been so fussy. Nope, then I thought it has been the transition of milk he only has 4 oz. Of formula with 2 oz of milk (lactose free whole milk). I've been having such a hard time getting him to eat, a couple weeks ago he was fine eating now he wont even have a pouch. Last night he woke up crying and crying like if he was in pain, idk from where. I'm going crazy and I dont know what to do. I feel as if I'm in the newborn stage again.

Also for the past week he has been so different. He used to play independently and I would come and play with him here and there throughout the day. Then he would eat and be fine, no problems. Now he is clingy, cries and pulls a tantrum when something is not his way. Anybody else? Is this all normal?...🤪🥴
