1 year vaccines

My daughter has her 1 month appointment this week and I'm having anxiety about it. She's so much smarter and more aware than she was at her last appointment, so I'm afraid to see how she's going to react/feel about her shots. She's going to know that my SO and I let her get hurt. Ugh I hate thinking about it.

Has anyone been through the one year shots? How were they?
