Another miscarriage or normal?

Question

I had tender breast, implantation spotting, nausea, and vomiting.  However I noticed yesterday my breast arent as tender and neither are they today.  Is that normal to lose sensation? Trying to stay hopeful.

Took a test today since I was supposed to start my cycle today or tomorrow and got a negative.  It's so disappointing that I had symptoms then as soon as they disappeared a negative test.

I’m in the same boat. I’m trying really hard to relax and trust my body but I’m second guessing everything and so scared since I saw that second line. I’m really hoping this bean sticks I don’t think I can go through this again.

I never had any early pregnancy symptoms (breast tenderness, morning sickness, etc. and I'm now 35 weeks). It is not an indicator as to whether baby is progressing fine. I was super paranoid about it as well. Try to trust your body and the process. I got an at home Doppler to use which put me at ease until I could feel baby move.

So I have had this happen to me twice in 2 pregnancies. The first I miscarried. I just felt like my symptoms disappeared just before 8 weeks, I had this terrible feeling and was freaking out but trying to stay calm and then the day of my first appointment at 8w5d I started light spotting and was diagnosed with a missed miscarriage as there was no heartbeat and baby was only measuring 7w3d. Devastating. 
Got pregnant again about 4 months later and around 6 weeks once again all my symptoms just vanished, I was absolutely convinced it was happening again and insisted my OB see me ASAP. At an early US at around 6w5d I saw and heard a beautiful little heartbeat. Also had spotting around 13 weeks and 16 weeks and it was just spotting, baby was ok. 
I’m currently 30w so I have the reassurance  of feeling him move but I know where you’re coming from and sometimes it’s an issue but often it isn’t. That being said I know it is so hard after miscarrying to stay hopeful and positive that early on. I had days of being ok but most days I was just waiting for my nightmare to repeat itself. I’m still surprised I’m this far along sometimes. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy and baby!
Oh and after the early scan I made them do my symptoms came back one or two days later with a vengeance! Wish I could say I was happy and reassured but I was way too miserable to feel that way
