Post C section belly fat 🙃
I’m 8 weeks out from a c section. I lost a lot of the baby weight pretty fast after having her but that obviously slowed down and now I have a horrible mom pouch with love handles galore. It’s all soft and squishy and not making me feel the best about myself 😐 My c section scar itself is long and kinda goes up the side so my belly is uneven above it and all kinds of odd looking. It’s time to start working out because I’m pretty sure I’ve actually started to gain some weight back 🤦🏼♀️ too many snacks! I need some options maybe YouTube videos you girls use? I don’t expect to ever get back down to my 105lb self but I need to tone up a bit!!
SAHM so looking for something I can watch and do at home without equipment.
