Drinking can affect your man's swimmers, and can have a negative impact on your egg quality, we prove this theory right in a sperm sample 3 month apart quiting alcohol, and my egg quality improved that much we got a top quality embryo 3rd time lucky after quitting alcohol :)

I'm not a doctor but I always heard extreme drinking, either binging high quantities or drinking often, can have a negative impact on fertility. I've never heard of drinking in moderation being bad. I think it's kind of with everything in life if it's taken to an extreme it isnt good for you.
