Do you want your kid dressed nice all the time? This isn’t the first parent that’s done this. One mom asked me to change her kids out of pajamas and put something on them for Walmart so I matched some outfits and she came back home and gave me a dirty look and changed them into what I would consider Church clothes. I was like okay, I guess I didn’t do that right? I thought they looked cute. It was just Walmart??

Or when I was a nanny I would wake up the tot for the morning and dress her in what I thought was cute like I would try to pick out something that matched and was cute and she would come through the house as she was leaving and see her child and take the clothes off of her and say “this shirt is ugly.”

Okay then why do you have it in her closet 😑 this is like one of those little unnecessary things I would have to stress about and I don’t know why parents do this. “Don’t put her in clothes that are too nice because y’all play all day but also don’t put her in that because it’s ugly.”
