She is here!
Miss Adalyn Rose Morton was born at 5:30pm on August 3rd. My Due date was August 13 but my induction was scheduled for the 7th. I had contractions on and off all day but nothing out of the ordinary I thought they were just practice contractions. I got in the bath because at about 4:30 pm they started to hurt a little bit then I got out and laid in bed on my left side. I had just closed my eyes to take a nap when I HEARD and FELT a pop with a huge gush of fluid.... My water! I get up change get the bags out and in the car. We get in the car and my contractions were 1 minute apart!! And they hurt like H***! I knew I wasnt gonna make it to my hospital so we went to the closet one and guess what.... They dont deliver babies! Yay... So they called an ambulance and told me not to push.. I could see and feel her head there was no way she was gonna stay in so I told that rude doctor I was pushing her out and if he wasnt gonna catch her i was. No pain meds, rude staff, 10 minutes in the hospital, and in a triage room with a glass wall amd the curtain open so everyone can see, I pushed her out at 5:30pm with no complications! If I had tried to make it to my hospital I would have had her on the car. We were transferred to my hospital on the way there she got really cold and had low blood sugar but now we are doing our 24 hour tests and then hopefully going home tonight!!!! She is so perfect and worth all the pain!!
