Since 11DPO I've been having lower back ache and slight abdominal cramps but nothing like my AF cramps. At 11DPO and 12DPO I had diarrhea, and now 13DPO I am spotting brown and some pink, when I wipe. And a small amount in a pad. AF is due in 1-3 days. I have a 31 day cycle, and am on day 29. I took a early response pregnancy test this afternoon and it was negative. We have been trying to conceive for 8 months. This month is the first month I have been taking Vitex (chasteberry tree) supplement during my luteal phase. Hoping its Implantation bleeding. Has anyone else experienced this. When did you get a BFP??
