Is it stupid that I feel like she or just doing physical activity is going to hurt my baby lol... I feel so stupid for thinking that way ...

I work part time during the summer with my boyfriend doing home remodeling and I’ve been fine. I get over 10,000 steps on days I work with him and still carry lumber, scraps, etc around. Being active is good for you, especially now. Just don’t overdo it and listen to your body.

Don’t start any new physical activity, but what you have been doing is fine. I am 22 weeks and still walk the dog a couple miles a day and have done a ton of walking lately on vacation and stuff. Baby is fine!

I wouldn't start power lifting, but keeping active is good. I do homecare (involves lifting 110lbs ladies) and will be doing it until I feel my body has had enough. I'm hoping to make it to 8 months. If you've been doing it up now, you can continue to do it.

I like to go kayaking just in lakes and stuff calm water is that ok....
