Yeah it constantly regenerates so don’t be too worried unless you get a lot of it and it’s got blood stains in it.

Thank god! The first time I found this was really early on like at 18 weeks, and again at 25. I've read that it can regenerate so that kept me from freaking out lol
I mentioned it to my doctor and she was convinced it couldn't possibly be my mucus plug because there was no blood tinge to it . I told her that lots of women lose their mucus plug without any blood, according to what I've read.
I have a growth ultrasound today and my next prenatal Wednesday, will definitely mention it to her!
