Postpartum Belly
Hey ladies! We’ve made it over a month, phew. All things baby are happy and healthy. I’m wondering if anyone has noticed a change in their body at one month postpartum. I lost 15 pounds over the first three weeks and while my stomach was jiggly and covered in stretch marks I felt flat (all things considered). The last two days I’ve felt extremely bloated, feel as though my clothes fit differently, and physically look bigger. This feeling comes with so many questions- am I gaining weight already, how can I diet when I need increased calories for BF, how can I work out when doc said minimal activity until 6 week check up? Thanks for any assurance, question, answers, or support!
