So with my first pregnancy I started experiencing some trickling at 36+2. Was in total denial thinking I was peeing myself for days until I got a slightly bigger gush and finally called the OB at 36+6, they tested me and results were inconclusive. They had me come in the next morning at exactly 37 weeks, tested again and it was positive for amniotic fluid so I was induced that day and had her 41 hours later. I was very fortunate to have her at what they considered "term" but since I was leaking before then they termed it as PPROM. I was wondering if anyone has experience with this around the same gestation and if this will make me at risk for the same thing next pregnancy? If it does it does and it is what it is. Just really hoping to avoid induction and go for a natural birth next time but I dont know what to expect or if this makes me considered slightly "high risk" for future pregnancies?
