Anxiety and depression way worse
I have major depressive disorder (MDD) and Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) with frequent panic attacks. I take medication for my disorders. However, my periods and mental illness have been wreaking havoc on me. I have been having more frequent panic attacks before and during the week of my period. I also have frequent crying spells and bouts of worsened anxiety and depression. Anyone else have this happen to them? Always appreciate y’all(:
