Black dot on two year olds cheek
It's been there for the past like three days. It's not getting bigger or smaller, I can't brush it away, she doesn't act like it hurts. I scrubbed up my hands tonight and put my finger there to see if it's raised and it's not. It's just like a freckle on the inside of her mouth. We brush and floss every day. She just had a dentist check up about 3 weeks ago.
Anyone have any ideas what this could be?
