Anyone go from
Low sperm count (10 million perML ) to normal or high?

I’d say I went from low to really high sperm count with natural improvements and with medical help: I didn’t know I had an infection and I had to treat with antibiotics. 
After that, I had a normal sperm count and it could be better. I figured out I have varicocele. So I check it once a year, my doctor says I need no surgery since even with varicocele I’m still fertile. The rest is on me... I try to take health stuff seriously, I’m into physical activities, eat everything but I try to make always healthy choices. Besides I decided to take Peruvian maca (500mg) once a day... 
Result of everything... my last spermogram was 1.2 Billion but healthy and motile were over 600million due to my varicocele. On the month my with suspended the pill, bingo. Pregnant on first trial.
