What would cause brown spotting for 3 days nothing heavy but it has light pink in it at times I have onky seen it every now and then all day af due tom I am 13 dpo so the spotting started at 10 dpo I am having bad headaches and the worst back pain I have had since being pregnant the last heart burn at night and alittle dizziness with feeling the need to throw up but i never do what do u all think this cohld be
