Pregnancy or PMS?

I’m roughly 8 dpo, for the past few days I’ve had tenderness in the back of my hips & a weird pulling/stabbing pain in my left side. The stabbing pain feels like it’s somewhere in my ovary/uterine area. For the past two nights I’ve had nausea. I’ve also been waking up with a super stuffy nose as well. Aunt Flow isn’t supposed to come for another few days, but my usual PMS symptoms aren’t showing up (which they usually do around this time or to a week prior to my period starting).

Am I going crazy? Or is something really going on?
