Lump on neck

Soo it’s been a month i think since i noticed a little lump on my left side of my neck, its not very visible but i can feel it ! And its not super round, i would best describe it as oval shaped ! It kinda hurts, but i think it’s because i’ve recently been soo on it jus thinking about what it could be and just feeling it ! So i guess its all in my head i guess... agh idk! I dont have insurance, so thats why im just here asking for opinions, im still gonna try and go to the drs one of these days ! .. so its right next to my finger. Like i said its not very visible
