Why wont he sleep?

My son is going on 10 months and due to unfortunate circumstances, we've had to move around some. I keep trying to sleep train him and remain on a schedule regardless of everything so that he sleeps. However when it's my fourth month of four-five hours of sleep and him kicking my gut while I do so, something else has to be going on right?

He used to sleep like a dream before we needed to move. Up until five months old, he would sleep through the night soundly (I triple checked with the doctor that it was fine) and now he won't.

I'm burning the candle at both ends and I dont know what to do anymore
