Long distance planning

Help!! Hey ladies 🖤 so I recently got engaged and my fiancé lives in Illinois, I live in Texas but the wedding will be in Illinois. He’s moving down here soon don’t worry. Our wedding will be sometime after August of next year. We’re planning a wedding of approximately 80 people. Given that I am long distance, I’ve been doing my research on venues, bakery’s, florists, everything; that way I can make appointments/consultations and not waste any time when I fly up there in my next visit. So I need help with 2 things. Anyone here from Illinois who could recommend people/ places? And 2nd, what are y’all’s color theme? I really like the idea of burgundy, navy blue, grey and a light pink or completely going fiesta style. Opinions, comments ❤️ I’d love to hear what y’all have
