How does your body know
So when you’re breastfeeding there’s the exchange between your baby’s saliva and your body and the saliva tells your body when the baby needs so your milk is tailored to your baby.
What happens when you strictly pump? There’s no exchange. Is your milk just plain milk? Not giving your baby what they need?
I saw something that if you kiss your baby a lot on their skin that it does the same thing as the saliva exchange. Have you heard of that?
