Lump in boob?

Question

So I just noticed a small/medium lump in the middle side of my boob and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this in pregnancy? I’m 34 weeks along and have been producing colostrum since 26 weeks. 
I do have a doctors appointment in 2 days and will definitely bring this up, I just wanted some insight on how normal this is in pregnancy before I freak myself out😅

This happened to me when I stopped breastfeeding. It occurred to me that I could be a blocked duct so I massaged it in the shower and sure enough milk came pouring out! And the lump was gone. Obviously you’re still pregnant so milk wouldn’t come spurting out yet, but as you’ve already been producing colostrum it could be a blocked duct so maybe try warm water and massage the lump to see if it loosens up. Def mention to your dr tho.
