I would definitely do pelvic rest. Meaning nothing should go up your hoo-ah.. until you see your doctor and get cleared.  I have a SCH so I spot and sex is a no no for us. My doctor said it can cause us to miscarry. Please be safe

I’m 24 weeks, and I started bleeding after every time I had sex. It scared me but I read that it’s completely normal where you have more blood flow down there. As long as it’s not more than two tsp I read then you’re fine. If you’re really worried about it, hold off until you talk to your dr.
