Has anyone ever gotten cramps and break outs before their period that are worse then before you started taking birth control? I started taking birth control at the end of May.

I’ve read that breakouts and cramps could be a sign of pregnancy. (But that’s also a a sign of pms) mine are just worse then normal. My period is supposed to come this Thursday but I have had penetrative sex since then end of June but we have messed around some naked. So I feel like it would be almost impossible for me to be pregnant. What’s everyone’s opinions
